Wow, Eye-Popping Candy! Entering the Country Greenhouse is like walking into the Garden of Eden. The plants are luscious with gorgeous colors and seem eager to hop into containers or gardens. These are the healthiest plants I’ve ever seen; evidently our tropical winter was perfect for starting seeds. Sheila Koehn and crew keep those plants watered and in good condition for your use.

I always look for something new to plant when I visit the greenhouse. There are lots of new plants this year with some of them in the Picture This section of the paper. There are also combinations that are new to me such as the cucumbers planted in a hanging basket?!! Get on down there and see for yourself!

Country Greenhouse is located at 4330 N 1400 E in Buhl. The closure of Burley Avenue complicates getting there. So take 4000 from either east or west and then turn north where it intersects with 1400. The Greenhouse is about a quarter of a mile on the left hand side of the road.
I have to get outside now and start transplanting!
